Many a times the student’s career choice is decided by parental or peer pressure. In doing so the child does not take a career of his interest & ends up doing what she/he is not interested in doing.
Right career planning helps the person choose a career that will result in job satisfaction, a sense of personal achievement and social status. We believe that every child has the potential to be successful and needs to only discover his/her true self to get there.
What is Pathfinder?
The PathFinder, is a web based, online, career decision planner which guides the student to understand his/her Interests, Abilities and Personality traits - the 3 key aspects to any career decision.
Pathfinder makes the student aware about his/her strengths & weaknesses and helps to take informed decision of choosing the right career path based on his/her interests, abilities & personality trait.
The tests which have been developed in- house, for the Indian student population, are psychometrically reliable and valid
No preparation is required to take the test.
Recommended for all Students of Std viith & onwards
Basic knowledge of Computers required to take the test
Students can come on any week day 10.00am to 6.00pm to give the Pathfinder Test.
Pathfinder Career Assessment Report
The test is followed with a personal counseling session & a detailed 10-page report on the candidate’s suitability for the various careers he has chosen is provided, including information on other careers he may not have thought of. His strengths and areas where he needs to improve are also provided.
